Step Ahead Investment Advisors Private Limited is a private limited company & we take client feedback and grievances very seriously. As a responsible Financial Planning firm, we have put together a formal Grievance Redressal System. We want to make sure that if you have any complaints, you know how to get in touch with us, how to make sure your grievance is taken seriously, and what redressal you can expect.

Grievance process

The Grievance Redressal Process is a three-stage process that we follow.

The first step is – please reach out to your respective advisor by email or mobile.

The second step is – please reach out to the compliance officer  at grievances.stepaheadia@gmail.com.

The third step is – please reach out to the principal officer of the firm. 

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, then you can lodge your grievances with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI.
